  3.    This data file is for more specific information about each
  4. operation.   The information gathered about each operation is
  5. used to generate from/to pairs for use in flow & other than
  6. flow analysis.
  7.    The natural inclination is to say that some operations are
  8. in no way related, and that consideration of the entire
  9. permutation is wasteful of time & energy.   By reviewing each
  10. pair, we are put in a position of looking for subtleties that
  11. affect affiniteis between pairs, and would be missed by
  12. invoking sweeping generalizations.   The whole purpose of the
  13. engineered study would be pre-empted, and we would be better
  14. advised to scuttle the whole project, roll up our sleeves,
  15. and start moving furniture & equipment by intuition, just
  16. like some housewives.
